started in July 2007 and will last
till March 2011. The project will
use the popularity of football to
promote youth development,
especially of disadvantaged girls

that competed in two international
races, one at the 16th Armagh
International Road Race that took
place at Armagh City. |
On 19 January 2006, Mpumalanga Academy of Sport had the
privilege to welcome the Honourable Premier of
Mpumalanga, Mr. T. Makwetla for a short visit to the new
facilities at Naledi Village. |

participate in the 22d Edition of
the Tour du Pays de Caux race, by
the Fédération Sportive et Gymnique
du Travail (FSGT). |
In its efforts to
develop High Performance Sport,
Mpumalanga Academy of Sport in
partnership with the Department of
Culture, Sport and Recreation is
looking for 48 (Forty Eight)
unemployed young, energetic and
ambitious sports people who passed
Grade 12 (Matric) and would like to
take sport as their career.
